Information is used to provide account access, prepare order-request emails, respond to inquiries, enforce age and research-use requirements, maintain security, and comply with applicable obligations.

The current contact and order-request workflows open the customer’s selected email application. Information is sent through the customer’s email provider only after the customer sends it. This website does not currently store the contact-form message or order request as a submitted database record.

Information may be shared with service providers that support hosting, authentication, communications, fulfillment, fraud prevention, and—when activated—payment processing. DVP does not claim that a payment processor is currently connected.

Cart data may remain in local browser storage until removed. Entry and checkout acknowledgments currently remain in browser-session storage. The current site does not simulate durable order or order-level acknowledgment records. Future order records will require secure server-side storage when order and payment systems are activated.

DVP and its service providers use platform and operational controls intended to protect information processed through the website. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security. Final production controls will also depend on the WordPress/WooCommerce hosting, authentication, order-management, and payment systems ultimately deployed. You may clear locally stored browser data and contact support about privacy questions.
